Whip it Up with Kraft’s Miracle Machine

Christmas is the Season of Gift-Giving, and this time, as the whole world celebrates this wonderful season merrily, we should also keep it mind that there are those who don’t have anything on their dining table - people who ask a little of our blessings.

And with this, Kraft generously provided us with something interesting and at the same time a heart-warming activity as they launch the Miracle Machine.

Miracle Machine is a social network application and its objective is quite simple – to get people and their friends and their friend’s friends to work together to make miracle happen to our fellows who are under such unhappy conditions.

Just as the old Christmas song goes, it is indeed the most wonderful time of the year. Everything seems so bright and colorful and so jolly. And I know that we can feel the Christmas air even inside our bedrooms, so I guess it is just right to say that it is already Christmas in our country! Wee!

And just last week, I was invited to partake at the star-studded Christmas Tree Lighting event of Marriott Hotel Manila.

Araneta Center Lights up Giant Christmas Tree with Coca-Cola

Since 1981, it’s been a great and wonderful tradition for Araneta Center in Cubao, Quezon City to start the Yuletide season with the lighting up of their giant Christmas tree. It is also the cue of the start of the Christmas rush at all malls in the area as well as the magical feel that this season brings.

And last November 12, I was one of the lucky few who got to witness and be part of this grandeur, magical ceremony together with the country’s hottest and upcoming stars and the country’s leading soda drink, Coca-Cola.

Okay, this is a creepy Friday for me... First, I woke up so late and now, when I got here in teh office, my female officemate, Malu, showed this to us...

I really find this creepy! LOL

Malu said that this was given to her earlier when she got off of MRT. Since, the cover looks so catchy and interesting at the same time, she took it and brought it here in the office.

Star Movies Marathon 2010

Do you love watching movies? Do you love watching it in a cold dark movie house where no one will disturb you and no one will make any noise or whatsoever? How about doing a movie marathon and at the end you'll take home Php100,000.00?

Well, that's what these movie fanatics took home when the Star Movies Movie Marathon took place at Newport Cinema Resorts last November 9, 2010. A hundred of pre-qualified participants gathered at Newport Cinema as early as 9:00 a.m. for a movie marathon that they will never forget for the rest of their lives. Hahaha!

Though, I didn't got a chance to witness this big Cosplay event, which happened at SMX, SM Mall of Asia due to my conflicting schedule, I still got a chance to see some of the cosplayers who joined the AME Track10!

I fell in love with this cosplayer just a few years ago, and now, every time I hear that there's this event where the best and coolest cosplayers will be gathering, I make sure that I can somehow take a glimpse of them.

Halloween Celebration with SuperFriends

I’d like to share to all of you that this was the happiest Halloween celebration I’ve ever had in my whole life.

I and my superfriends started having a Halloween celebration last year. Since, we thought that we’re getting older and a little boring, we decided adding “some stuff” in our lives, and one of those “stuff” is celebrating Halloween with the rest of the kids in the world. Hehe.

And last Halloween, our feet brought us to Subic, where we spent a whole day of fun and adventure.

We left Manila at around 7 in the morning heading north. After three hours of smooth drive – thanks to NLEX and SCTEX – we reached Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority.

And since, we didn’t have any concrete plan for this trip - as usual - we look around for a nice beach to stay in while waiting for the Zoobic Safari Night Adventure.

Our adventurous minds and feet brought us to Camayan Beach Resort and Hotel. Camayan is just few steps away from Ocean Adventure and a 3-minute drive from Zoobic Safari.

Halloween Celebration with Officemates!

I know, I know, I know! It's been a week now, but heck! As if I care. Expect more delayed posts from me now. Hahaha!

Oh, well, I just wanna share to you, my dear readers, my Halloween. And one of the Halloween parties that I co-organized and attended was the one I had with my officemates.

Oh, it was really fun. I got a chance to bond with my new officemates, who I find so kalog. They also got a chance to meet our former teammates, my former officemates from that same department. It was like a reunion of the old and the new. Hehehe.

First, I wanna thank those who joined, this wouldn't be possible without your supports. To those who didn't make it, BELAT! Hahaha!

Since, this party was kinda on the spot and since everybody didn't want to over dress, we all decided to have Halloween "Hat ang Wig" Party, hence as you may notice, we have our own unique head outfits. Hehehe.

Amazing Race Asia 4 - Team Pilipinas

Last week, I got to attend the screening-slash-celebration of Amazing Race Asia 4 - Team Pilipinas.

I've been a fan of Amazing Race since it started airing in AXN Channel. I just it find more interesting, challenging and exhilarating compared to other reality shows, compared to Survivor. ;-P

The good thing about Amazing Race, too, is that I get to know more about a certain place in the world, which also inspires me to save money and make plan in visiting those places someday. I wish!
