ST. ALi Coffee, makes its Manila debut in the Philippines as it officially opens today, October 1, its first store in the country. Located on the ground floor of OPUS Mall, Bridgetowne Estate in Quezon City, ST. I was lucky to be invited to an exclusive Brewing Masterclass with ST. ALi's Head Barista Alex Wang days before its first store in the Philippines officially opened. We got to know more about St. ALi and how it trailblazed the coffee revolution in Australia’.

Founded at the heart of South Melbourne in 2005, the proudly independent coffee roaster has been pushing the boundaries of what coffee can be - and the endless possibilities that come with each cup. At the Brewing Masterclass, we learned a lot about the kind of coffee St. ALi has to offer to its Filipino customers, as well as how to perfectly savor each drop through its various brewing method that Alex Wang demonstrated. Offering their signature blends to something that will excite your palette, St. ALi is set to delight its Filipino customers with new and original coffee concoctions that will share the brand's rich history and heritage.
