Araneta City's much-awaited New Gateway Mall 2 is Palenque by Claude Tayag,
a new food destination that will celebrate the diversity of regional
specialties from all over the Philippines.
“Palenque” is the Mexican-Spanish name for arena. The
Pampango culinarian Claude Tayag envisions the place to be a Filipino
theme-food arena featuring some of the most sought-after chefs and restaurateurs
from across the country, putting them together at the Upper Ground B level of
the New Gateway Mall 2. It is also the Pinoy Palengke as Tayag plans to
showcase the best-of-the-best local specialties.
Palenque by Claude Tayag promises to be the premier
destination for those who want to have a uniquely-Pinoy cultural dining
experience. It will have stalls that will feature iconic regional dishes
courtesy of well-known restaurants across the country. Check out Bale Dutung of

Seasonal food festivities
from different parts of the country will be promoted in this exciting Pinoy
food arena through bazaars and fairs to help bring regional celebrations closer

Palenque by Claude Tayag will also offer a wide array of
