Blxst & Bino Rideaux Reunite For 'Sixtape 3' With New Single "Doin Yo Stuff"

Grammy-nominated artist Blxst and South Central L.A. rapper Bino Rideaux today released 'Sixtape 3', the third installment in their highly-praised mixtape series. Out on Red Bull Records/Evgle/Out The Blue/Def Jam, the six-track package features the standout song “Doin Yo Stuff,” capturing the essence of the duo’s soulful melodies in a perfect cap to the summer. The accompanying music video sees Blxst and Bino open a women’s gym, where high-energy workouts meet a club-like atmosphere. Infused with the same playful vibes from their beloved movie video, their signature humor and charm shine between the effortless flows.
Blxst shares on 'Sixtape 3', “You can expect the traditional essence and sonics you would anticipate from the Sixtape series. The sounds that come from the heart of LA.”

Bino adds, “‘Sixtape 3’ should bring you a true Los Angeles experience…no gimmicks and no reaches, just pure intention and vibes.”

Since the first 'Sixtape' in 2019, the projects have collectively earned over 245 million streams with the sequel debuting at #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart. 'Sixtape 3' revisits their shared history in LA, looking back on their rise to success and ahead at the path they’ve paved for the West Coast hip-hop/R&B sound. To celebrate the trilogy, Blxst and Bino will set out on a ‘Sixtape Live’ run across Los Angeles, Oakland, San Diego, and Seattle from September 16-21.

Blxst had kicked off 2023 with two iHeartRadio Music Awards nominations, up for Best R&B Artist and Best New R&B Artist. These follow a string of accolades across his exponential growth last year, including wins at the XXL Awards for Best New Artist of the Year, Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop Power Players for Rookie of the Year, and the AIM Awards for International Breakthrough Artist. Capped by his track record of 2+ billion career streams, Platinum and Gold certifications for singles "Chosen” and “Overrated" respectively, radio hits, and a sold-out headline world tour. It should be noted that the Philippines rank among his top 5 monthly streaming listeners, and he is poised to expand his audience in other Asian markets, Blxst is only just getting started.
