Samsung presents Appnation!

As the whole world enjoys the free applications that Android Market is giving away, here in the Philippines, Samsung Electronics just recently made our online lives more affordable and enjoyable with the release of their new smart phones powered by Android OS that will surely top the market.

Presenting Samsung Ace, Samsung Fit, Samsung Galaxy PRO and Samsung Galaxy Mini!

In a fun event which was held at the Activity Center of Trinoma Mall, Samsung presented these four amazing addition to the family of smart phones with the countries top models - Hideo Muraoka, Kelly Misa, Steff Prescott and Fabio Ide – who also shared the amazing features of these four new smart phones.

There were also some booths that showcased the top features of each phones. I joined the fun by registering my name on their list, and then they gave me this ticket that indicates the 6 major booths they have for us.

First, there’s the Games Section, where I got to try playing Angry Birds with the use of a Samsung Galaxy Tab and Smart TV.

Then, there’s the Social Networking, where I got to check my social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter.

Third booth was for the Multimedia and Online Entertainment where watching a Youtube clip on Smart TV was so spectacular!

Fourth booth was designated for Travel and Local, where wanderers like me got a chance to try the GPS feature of a smart phone.

Fifth booth was for the Fashion and Style, where gents and gals can avail of a free quick makeover and get to look at the new set of garments from Forever 21.

And lastly, the final booth was for Leisure and Hobbies where they talked about food, photography and many more.

After I completed visiting the 6 booths, I was assisted to a photo booth where they took a picture of me as a souvenir. Wee!

Hideo, Kelly, Stephanie and Fabio were also game that day. They’ve given out some prizes for those who joined their Bring Me contest, while the Samsung Team raffled off amazing smart phones to those who registered their names and join the fun of Appnation.

The Samsung GALAXY Ace gives a premium experience with a 3.5 inch HVGA display on a compact and comfortable handset. This is powered by 600 MHz processor, with Google voice actions and Quick Office document viewer. Perfect for those who are just starting to appreciate the wonderful world of Android OS.

And lastly, the Galaxy Pro, which squeezes a four-row button array beneath a set of Android keys and a 2.8-inch touchscreen. It is powered with an 800MHz processor, has a 3.2 megapixel camera with auto-focus skills – a phone that combines business and leisure in one.

Samsung certainly keeps us updated and never let us down! And with the coming of these new great smart phones, I wouldn’t be wondering if there are a lot of us now going gaga on which phone to choose!
