recognized the project as the Best Condominium Architectural Design,
while The Outlook 2024: Philippine Real Estate Awards awarded it as the Grand Winner—Best Luxury Condo of the Year in Luzon.

in the Philippines and Southeast Asia from DOT Property. Carousell Property
Awards also recognized the development as the Best Mid-Range Condominium in the country.
The Radiance Manila Bay on Roxas Boulevard,
Pasay City received the GOLD AWARD for
High Rise Buildings Category from FIABCI Philippines. PropertyGuru
Philippines, on the other hand, awarded Woodsville Crest in Paranaque City and
