Laguna Launches Most Lovely Tourism Campaign #LoveLaguna

As the country continues to enjoy the more relaxed quarantine level across all industries, the country’s home of majestic lakes and mountains – Laguna Province – is set to excite everyone once again with its timely offering of new adventures, destinations, food, fashion, and more through its new tourism campaign #LoveLaguna.


Headed by Honorable Governor Ramil Hernandez, Laguna Tourism Culture Arts and Trade Office (LTCATO) presented its latest campaign that will further highlight the province’s colorful cultural, spiritual, and natural beauty that will captivate not just local tourists but as well as foreign tourists to revisit Laguna and fell in love with it all over again.

 
The launch of #LoveLaguna campaign is in line with the province’s 451st founding anniversary, whereas various activities and festivities were prepared to start this most exciting and colorful tourism campaign.

 
“Love Laguna campaign, through the help of our stakeholders, hopes to have a wider platform that could reach more people and know more about Laguna’s rich culture and heritage, as well as beautiful sights, exciting activities, the most appetizing foods and delicacies among others that will make them fall in love with the Province of Laguna,” Laguna 2nd District Representative Ruth Mariano-Hernandez said.

“The launch of this new tourism campaign is very important to us after suffering from the challenges brought about by COVID-19. This is the perfect time to welcome our guests once again to our beautiful province. Through #LoveLaguna, we aim to further promote our province’s rich places and personalities that we are proud to share with the world,” Gov. Hernandez added.

 
Held at the provincial capitol in Sta. Cruz, Laguna, #LoveLaguna campaign was ushered by a Trade Fair entitled “Likhang Laguna” where various products such as fashion accessories, food, delicacies, wine, and even plants are made available for purchase to the province’s guests. An art exhibit was also held to highlight three of the province’s budding artists who are making their name here and abroad including Romer “Pio” Kagayutan, Amador Barquilla, and Jeff Dahilan.

 
In preparation for a more inclusive and expanded tourism campaign, #LoveLaguna will have an official mobile app and website where guests can scan through various activities they can do in the province. These activities are categorized through Love for Food, Love for Culture, Love for Nature, Love for People, and Love for Adventure.
