Announcing the launch of Teachmint in Philippines, Mihir Gupta, CEO & Co-Founder, Teachmint said, “Philippines is a fast-growing education hub in Asia and we are ecstatic to launch our suite of infra-led solutions in the region. Globally, there has been limited innovation directed towards institutes and teachers. We strongly believe that schools and the presence of a teacher are critical for the progress and development of students. To maximize impact, the need of the hour is to augment physical methods of teaching and classroom delivery with technology. Teachmint’s SaaS solutions like Learning Management System (LMS), integrated ERP for schools and automated classroom tools for teachers enables education providers to stay connected with students, overcome geographical barriers and increase their efficiency in delivering lessons.

Over the past year, we have received a lot of inbound requests for our mobile-first solution from teachers and other stakeholders across south-east Asia and the Philippines and it delights me to share that we are now ready to revolutionize their teaching journey. Since our pilot launch, our platform has seen phenomenal adoption through word-of-mouth awareness, clocking more than 50,000 users in the Philippines and we expect this to grow exponentially in the near term.”

“The significance of mobile  as  a  more  affordable form  of  technology  for  millions  of students is potentially changing the face of education. Over the past one year, a majority of our educators have expanded their classrooms to at least some students outside of their immediate geography. With our international expansion, we are thrilled to open up newer possibilities and enable teachers and institutes to create truly global classrooms,” added Mihir.
