At Sheraton Manila Hotel, They Have 12 Hands...

Aside from vast natural resources that captivates millions of hearts, the Philippines is also blessed with immense people with great talents in various fields. Among these talents is cooking that has been influenced by different cultures that occupied our beloved country in the past. Now, as economies reopens and people are free to move around again, Sheraton Manila Hotel reopens its door to its guest who are longing for exquisite service topped with sumptuous meals.

Starting July 1st, guests can indulge on a spectacular offering at S Kitchen with its lunch and dinner buffet spread through its 12 Hands Culinary Showcase. Featuring six of the country’s renowned chefs that made this 12 hands concept possible, Chef Kenneth Cacho, Chef Carlo Miguel, Chef Carlos "Pipo" Aluning, Chef Brando Santos, Chef James Antolin, and Sheraton Manila Hotel’s Executive Chef Kiko Santiago will be taking their guests to a culinary adventure that satiate our taste buds with unique combination of ingredients that will make you ask for more.

To start off, award-winning Chef Brando Santos is making a twist to one of our favorite Filipino dishes, sinigang, with his Seafood Sinigang Paella along with my all-time favorite kare-kare, his version the Crispy Pork Belly Bagnet Kare-Kare.
