But, did you know that this 2010, an “affordable” Avida will be out in the market as they ready to cater the Broad C market of the families with a combined income of P20,000 to P60,000.

This wonderful news will start at Nuvali. Avida is set to launch a new development that will offer house and lot packages starting at a very affordable P1.4M.
