Avida celebrates 20 Years at Bonifacio Global City

If given a chance to choose between a house and lot and a condominium unit, I think I still prefer the house and lot. I grew up with my grandparents who used to have ornamental plants and some farm animals in their yard, and I'd love to see greens and animals every morning when I get old. A morning with a sea of green grass, with the wonderful smell of the morning breeze in a very peaceful and beautiful home. That's life....

But I think that would be very impossible with the kind of life we have now.

But I don't wanna loose hope, especially when I learned that Avida Land Corporation or Avida holds a brighter future for all Filipinos who inspire to have a safe, tranquil and beautiful home.

I got to attend Avida's 20 Years celebration last day at Bonifacio Global City, and I'm one of the few who first got a chance to learn their latest project this 2010.

As they celebrate their second decade on the business, Avida is now ready to conquer one of the most sought-after addresses in the metro as they present to us their dream to Bonifacio Global City.

Avida Towers BGC sits on a 4,000 square-meter property in the posh Bonifacio Global City St. Michael block. Here, residents will be in the heart of the action and be in close proximity to top business districts, stylish commercial areas and lifestyle shops. And with the readily accessible public transports, such as the Fort Buses, going around the area is not a problem.

Some of the amenities of this soon-to-be hot spot are adult and kiddie swimming pools, a clubhouse with function hall, outdoor gym and children's play area. A garden with a maximized green area and open spaces are also available to those who prefer to commune with nature.

I don't have to worry about the unit itself because I've once visited an Avida showroom and I know for a fact that what their offering is not just a house but a home.

The first tower, which is slated to finish construction in 2013 will offer 24 residential units, with the parking area occupying three floors. And with Avida's promise of affordable living at its best, units are reasonably priced starting at Php2.9 million.

Whoops! Now, I got to work hard to earn more. Hahaha!

Aside from this good news that I learned from this celebration, well, a celebration wouldn't be complete without entertainment.
