PNB Makati Center Adds Creative Firm to Growing Office Tenant Base

PNB Holdings Corporation (PSE: LTL) has signed a lease agreement with creative agency RNDMD, further strengthening occupancy at PNB Makati Center, its flagship office property along Ayala Avenue in Makati. RNDMD recently opened a new creative studio at the office development, further expanding its presence in Makati.

PNB Holdings (PHC) welcomes creative firm RNDMD as its newest office tenant. The ceremonial signing was attended by (from left) RNDMD co-founders Jerome Rosario and Floyd Esguerra and PHC President Karlu T. Say and PHC Chief Financial Officer Ponciano S. Carreon Jr.

With approximately 35,000 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA), PNB Makati Center accommodates a diverse mix of traditional office tenants, corporate headquarters, and flexible workspace operators, allowing the property to address evolving workplace requirements across different industries.

The property is currently 86% leased, reflecting continued demand for well-located office space in Makati's central business district. Management expects occupancy to improve further as leasing activities continue and additional tenants commence operations in the coming months.

RNDMD Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer Floyd Esguerra (second from left) said the agency chose PNB Makati Center for its location within Makati's central business district and its longstanding presence along Ayala Avenue.

Beyond its office offering, PNB Holdings is also undertaking strategic enhancements to the property's ground floor through the introduction of new food, beverage, and lifestyle concepts. While office leasing remains the property's primary driver, these improvements are intended to enhance tenant experience, increase visitor traffic, and further strengthen the long-term competitiveness of the asset.

The leasing activity supports PNB Holdings' strategy of maximizing recurring rental revenues from its portfolio of prime commercial properties while creating additional value through targeted asset enhancement initiatives.
