PSYCHIC FEVER Teases 2nd Album 'DIFFERENT' With New Single "I Got Ways"

Japanese boy group PSYCHIC FEVER from EXILE TRIBE, managed under LDH JAPAN and Warner Music Japan, has officially released their highly anticipated single, “I Got Ways,” accompanied by a new music video. Serving as a bold preview of their evolving artistic direction, the track arrives just ahead of their sophomore album, DIFFERENT, scheduled for release on Friday, July 10. "I Got Ways" is now available on all major digital streaming platforms.

Produced by Grammy nominee Rykeyz, renowned for his work with global icons like Chris Brown and H.E.R., “I Got Ways” explores a theme of "mature composure." The track introduces a more refined, magnetic presence, trading the group's early high-energy aesthetics for a sound rooted in confidence and sophisticated restraint.

The single’s cinematic music video serves as a striking visual counterpart, trading their previous youthful image for a world of late-night reflection. Directed through a lens of "mature sensuality," the members perform dynamic choreography against moody, rain-soaked backdrops. This new creative direction, choreographed by Kazuki of st kingz, highlights a level of poise the group has cultivated in the four years since their debut.

“This is the kind of song that feels new for PSYCHIC FEVER, something we hadn’t really done before. Even the members who usually focus on rap challenged themselves to sing in a more sensual style for this track, and that contrast is one of the highlights as well.” expresses member JIMMY.

Following the success of their viral hit “Just Like Dat feat. JP THE WAVY,” which charted on Spotify's "Viral Top 50" in eight Asian countries - including Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, PSYCHIC FEVER continues to cement their status as a global phenomenon. Pre-saves for their upcoming album, DIFFERENT, are now live alongside the single. As their first full-length project in four years, the album promises a diverse evolution, blending high-octane anthems with introspective, melodically rich storytelling.

With “I Got Ways,” PSYCHIC FEVER proves that J-Pop can bridge cultural boundaries without losing its unique identity, reaffirming their position at the forefront of the modern global music scene.
