A Decade in the Making: Paledusk Birthed Their First Full-Length Album “PALEDUSK”

A decade in the making, Paledusk has finally birthed their first full-length self-titled album, “PALEDUSK”. The metal and hardcore four-piece delivers a fearless collection of 12 tracks that cement the band’s identity while pushing the boundaries of modern rock.

Reflecting on the album’s release, KAITO shares, “A Paledusk album is finally out. This is the album I’ve been most eager to hear. Every painful moment, every joyful moment we’ve shared as Paledusk has meaning and I believe this album captures all of it.”

“PALEDUSK” features standout tracks like the anime sensation “HUGs”” (TV anime Gachiakuta opening theme), the genre-blending “SUPER NATURAL HIGH feat. 唾奇”, and the unexpected collaboration “NO WAY!! feat. 粗品”. From blistering riffs to anthemic choruses, the collection fuses metal, hardcore, hip-hop, and alternative sounds into a cohesive, high-voltage experience.

“We poured our souls into this album,” adds DAIDAI. “If it becomes a treasure for you, or for anyone aspiring to create future rock, then we’ve achieved our goal. This is a new form of rock.” Each track reflects the band’s evolution, balancing introspection with explosive energy.

TSUBASA highlights the live experience: “All 12 songs have their own colour. I’m certain the experience each song provides will be amazing. From February, we’ll take this album on our first nationwide one-man tour. We can’t wait to show the latest Paledusk live –  see you at the venues!”

As BOB reflects, “The songs here aren’t bound by any single genre – they’ll take you on a journey through music itself. We hope this album serves as a strong introduction to anyone who hasn’t met us yet. And we look forward to seeing everyone on tour, experiencing these songs live – that’s where they truly come alive.” This commitment to innovation and performance is evident across every track, from the playful charm of “I YOU BABY!!” to the delicate, music-box atmosphere of “BIG M MELODY”.

With their first full-length album and the What is Paledusk?? TOUR 2026 kicking off in Fukuoka this February, the band is poised to bring their energy, innovation, and pride across Japan and beyond.
