Paledusk x soshina Just Raised the Volume with This New Hard-Hitting Single

Japan’s genre-defying rock powerhouse Paledusk is back — and this time, they’re turning up the volume with soshina 粗品, a comedian who is also actively involved in music, in their latest single, “NO WAY!! feat. soshina 粗品”.

A fusion of rock ’n’ roll grit and loud rock intensity, the track charges forward with unstoppable energy, echoing Paledusk and soshina’s fearless message: run towards what you want, no matter what gets in your way.

The collaboration was born from mutual respect — Paledusk and soshina have shared stages before, and both are known for tearing down genre boundaries in their own ways. The result is a track that’s as chaotic as it is cathartic, pushing the limits of what Japanese rock can sound like.

“NO WAY!!” follows Paledusk’s major hit “HUGs”, the explosive opening theme for the anime Gachiakuta. The new single also marks another milestone in the band’s unstoppable momentum — with a new single “I ♡ YOU BABY!!” coming 5 November, and their long-awaited first full-length album “PALEDUSK” dropping 26 November, nearly ten years after their indie debut.

The upcoming album will feature 12 tracks, including “HUGs”, “NO WAY!! feat. soshina”, “I ♡ YOU BABY!!”, fan favourites like “PALEHELL” and “RUMBLE feat. Masato”, and more. The album will be released in a regular edition and a two-disc edition, with the second disc containing a best-of compilation from their indie years.
