The Wait is Over: XG drops "GALA" in Style with an Out-of-This-World MV

After two weeks of daily teasers and an out-of-this-world visual reveal that set the internet alight, XG has finally dropped “GALA” in style — a high-energy runway anthem and the lead track from their upcoming first full album, arriving 23 January 2026.

“GALA” isn’t just a song — it’s a full-blown statement piece.

Built on futuristic synths, bilingual flows, and house-driven beats, the track blurs the boundaries between music, fashion, and performance. The music video reimagines the MET GALA as the X GALA SHOW, with XG descending from space capsules to Earth, not as guests but as the stars. Bold styling, surreal visuals, and commanding presence showcase why XG is at the forefront of a new cultural wave they call X-POP.

The release is paired with striking new artist visuals and a brand-new TikTok “Song Card” feature, making it easier than ever for fans to discover and stream the track worldwide.
This October, XG will also appear at festivals across China from 2–7 Oct, and headline Coca-Cola X Fes 2025 in Japan on 12 Oct, further expanding their global presence.
