“I wrote this with Emilia in 2024 and debuted an early demo while supporting Barry Can’t Swim last summer. Since then it’s become a highlight of all my DJ mixes. I’m so excited to finally release the finished version.”
For Will Sass, 2024 was a year of arrival. The New York-born producer’s debut EP introduced his sound with a bang. A fusion of emotional songwriting, analog textures, and cutting-edge electronic production, the project quickly earned over 2 million streams, won support from Spotify, Apple Music, Capital, Kiss, and BBC Radio 1, and delivered a breakout moment in the form of Into The Blue, a collaboration with Kamille that hit #1 on Billboard Dance Radio for three consecutive weeks. Not bad for a debut.
Now, Sass returns with a new single, a track that’s quietly built its own mythology over the past year. A rough demo first teased during a string of DJ appearances with Barry Can’t Swim, the song instantly resonated with fans. It’s been ID’d, requested, and shared across fan pages and now the final version will see the light of day.
A meticulous producer with a signature style that nods to Kaytranada, Kevin Parker, and Mark Ronson, Will Sass is carving out a unique space in modern dance music. His sound that’s rich with warmth, groove, and lyrical weight doesn’t rely on big room drops or obvious formulas. It’s music made for late-night drives, warehouse parties, and headphone sessions alike.
Collaboration is at the heart of his creative process. From features Kamille, Alvin Risk and Catching Cairo to remixers Baltra, Otik, Sass brings a distinctive emotionality to every track, shaping a catalog that feels both expansive and personal.
