Apartment 1B Holds Exclusive Grand Food Tasting Event at The Henry Hotel Manila

Ever since I left Makati, Apartment 1B has been one of those restaurants that I missed dining in. Its contemporary yet homey ambiance topped with heart-warming dishes makes this place a must-go-to place for me whenever I feel like experiencing that exquisite taste. Thankfully, since The Henry Hotel Manila opened its branch here in Pasay City, Apartment 1B is within my reach once again.

Just in time for the upcoming festive Holidays, Apartment 1B at The Henry Hotel Manila hosted an Exclusive Grand Food Tasting Event, bringing global food and beverage standards to the local culinary scene. Held on the lawn, a beautiful garden area, of The Henry Hotel Manila, Apartment 1B complemented the wonderful ambiance with their exquisite gourmet comfort food, made with the finest ingredients and infused with a touch of modern flair.

Apartment 1B served up a variety of innovative and delicious dishes, showcasing gourmet comfort food. Guests savored an unforgettable evening, exploring a diverse array of dishes meticulously curated by the talented chefs and kitchen staff of Apartment 1B. Together with homegrown brands making a mark on the international food and beverage scene, the evening demonstrated the Philippines' ability to take global culinary trends and adapt them to local tastes and preferences.

Among these brands include Kriegers, an upcoming Filipino deli brand known for its innovative take on sausages and cold cuts; and Elias, an award-winning Filipino beer recognized as the best beer in Asia. Guests were also treated to some European Wines by Happy Living and Concha y Toro who provide a selection of wines from around the world to complement the international culinary journey.

I personally love Apartment 1B's Paella, but I'm sure that you'll also love their Truffle Pasta and Hamonado. For the sweet tooth, all of their dessert offerings that night were superb! Heavenly, if I must say! A perfect way to end this degustation treat.
