BDO Network Bank Supports Local Employment

Over the past couple of years, the Philippines’ national government has been very eager to push the developments outside Metro Manila not only to diversify income but also help locals find a better opportunity for their careers and families. BDO, a full-service universal bank in the Philippines, through its community bank, BDO Network Bank (BDONB), continues its advocacy of employing local talents that will further help strengthen its presence in rural areas across the country.

In its recent job fair in San Fernando, Pampanga, BDO Network Bank, in partnership with Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of Pampanga, met and interviews more than 200 Pampangueños who are seeking opportunities in various local bank positions in its branches in the province. Positions for bank managers, tellers and other related job ranks have been made available as BDO Network Bank continues to expand its presence in Pampanga and nearby provinces.

Please watch out as we continue to visit more provinces in the Philippines to nurture local talents and continue providing financial literacy to many Filipinos,” BDO Network Bank President Mr. Jose Antonio Itchon.
