Experience Store at the SM Megamall
in Mandaluyong City.
The new DITO Flagship Experience Store is an immersive
hub that serves as a gateway for DITOzens and potential subscribers to learn
more about DITO products and experience leveled-up digital offerings such as
DITO’s ultra-fast data speed and exciting promos.
During the store opening, DITO Telcommunity executives
came in full force led by Ms. Evelyn Jimenez, Chief Commercial Officer, Atty.
Adel Tamano, Chief Administrative Officer, and Ret. Maj. Gen. Rodolfo Santiago,
DITO Chief Technology Officer. Influencers as well as members of the media and
avid DITOzens also joined in the fun. Guests were treated to a feast of
surprises and activities such as grand store reveal, a tour of the interactive
booths and activity areas, live performances, and Mobile Legends session. Event
attendees also took home freebies like free DITO premium items.

to having the Customer Service Area where customers can directly communicate
with a DITO representative regarding their concerns, purchases, and inquiries,
the new store encourages digital explorations like watching videos from DITO’s
entertainment partners at the Streaming Zone and experiencing DITO's fast and
reliable 5G connectivity through experiential gaming activities at the Gaming
Zone. They can also visit the Product
Zone to learn more about DITO products, services, rewards, and promos such as
DITO App Boosters, DITO Data Sachets, DITO Level-up Packs, and more.
