TSHA Releases Euphoric New Single "Dancing In The Shadows"

Fresh from being unveiled as DJ Mag’s newest cover star, TSHA has just released the latest single from her highly anticipated forthcoming debut album 'Capricorn Sun' — set for release via Ninja Tune on 7th October.

Created over the past two years, the record delivers on the promise of her previous EP’s and singles with 12 tracks that perfectly encapsulate the emotive blend of underground electronic and hook-laden pop sensibilities that have led to her being one of the most talked about new artists of the past few years.

“Dancing In The Shadows” sees her enlist the vocal talents of Clementine Douglas for a brooding epic that builds in intensity before exploding into a hands-in-the-air moment of acid-inflected 4x4 euphoria. It’s the third single taken from her long-awaited debut album, following the release of “Giving Up ft. Mafro” and most recently, “Water” which featured vocals from GRAMMY winning Malian Griot artist Oumou Sangaré.

On top of this month’s DJ Mag cover — which included a huge 12-page spread inside the magazine — TSHA has also recently spoken with Andy Warhol’s infamous Interview Magazine and seen support from the likes of NME, Billboard, Mixmag, RA, Clash, Vinyl Factory, NYLON, Crack Magazine and many more.

Additionally, TSHA was recently announced as one of 30 artists globally to be added to YouTube’s Foundry Class of 2022 — their flagship artist development program — following in the footsteps of Arlo Parks, Dave, Dua Lipa, Clairo, Japanese Breakfast, Omar Apollo, Rina Sawayama, ROSALÍA and many more.

Recorded over the past two years, TSHA’s long-awaited debut album 'Capricorn Sun' delivers 12 tracks that perfectly encapsulate the emotive blend of underground electronic and hook-laden pop sensibilities that have led to her being one of the most talked about new artists in recent years. From fronting high-profile magazines, appearing on numerous billboards across London & New York, being included in flagship playlists across multiple streaming services and being placed on countless ‘Best of’ & ‘One To Watch’ lists, alongside high-praise from across the music press and radio – TSHA shows no sign of slowing down in 2022.
