My South Hall by Chef Josh Boutwood: A Whole New World of International Cuisines in One Hall

"Saan tayo kakain?" This is a very common concern among employees who are seeking for delectable yet affordable meals during lunch time. This is my daily dilemma despite of working in an environment beside a mall. But thankfully, just recently, a new food destination opens its doors and ready to satiate any craving that I'll have without emptying my pocket.

Renowned chef, Josh Boutwood, and one of the leading restaurant companies in the Philippines, The Bistro Group, take another leap in their restaurant business as they collaborate and bring another winning fast-casual dining concept in the south side of the Metro - My South Hall.

Located at the ground level of S Maison, Conrad Manila, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, this new food destination caters to a larger group of discriminating foodies who seek good value for their hard-earned money without leaving their taste buds hanging.

A wonderful mix of renowned would cuisines under one roof, My South Hall offers locals and tourists favorite dishes from Chinese, Japanese, Italian, American, and Korean cuisines. But wait, there's more! Four those who would like to try a taste of Taiwan, they also have a Milk Tea shop as well as Fruit Juice station.

A total of eight brands in one roof - My South Hall brings Golden Treasures and Roast'd for Chinese cravings, Tabemashou for those Japanese favorites, Roma for some comforting Italian dishes, Chix for those homey American choices, Seoul Hot Pot for a steamy Korean dishes, WCKD for refreshing and sweet Milk Tea delights and Juicy, which is also from Korea, for a more healthier options.

On my first visit here, I tried Roma's Truffle Pasta (Php355), CHX's 6-piece Buffalo Wings (Php195), Tabemashou's California Maki (Php195), Juicy's Large Orange Pineapple (Php180) and WCKD's Large Tiger Milk Tea (Php110).

I'm a huge truffle pasta fan, and I won't deny how fresh the pasta was and how fulfilling the truffle sauce in this Roma's Truffle Pasta. I highly suggest everyone to try this, though I suggest that you share it because its too heavy for one. Hahaha! Confession: I finished it all and still managed to eat a whole lot more. The CHX's 6-piece Buffalo Wings is another favorite that everyone should try, as well as the Fresh ice-blended fruit juice from Juicy.

In Tabemashou, guests can also order Sushi, Ramen, karaage, Stone Pot, Skewers, Tempura  and event Japanese Beverages. While in Roma, gusts can choose from their six pasta dishes, such as Carbonara, my favorite Truffle Pasta, Shrimp Alfredo, Pesto pasta, Spicy Diavola, and Puttanesca. Rost'd, on the other hand, offers rice meals with Roast Chicken, Crispy Pork, Roast Asado Pork and Roast Duck. In Seoul Hot Pot, you can choose their USDA Choice Chuck Eye Set or USDA Angus Beef Sirloin Set. They also have Dimsum and Wok dishes for more steamy dining experience. Kids will surely say yes to CHX's Wings and Burgers. Juicy offers a wide selection of fruit juices - combined or not, while WCKD will give you a sweet ending with its special Milk Tea and Coffee offerings.

My South Hall is the first collaboration that is not not just to offer a wide selection of comforting and delicious meals to everyone but also bring the world to all Filipino without spending too much.
