Amiya Raya, a project of Community Creators, Inc. (CCI) is a modern, Asian-themed development located in San Mateo, Rizal, just 20 minutes away from Quezon City makes it close to conveniences such as major schools and universities, churches, commercial malls and key business districts in the metropolis. Amiya Raya is a Hindu-Sanskrit phrase, which means “a view that delights the senses”.

The development boasts of majestic, panoramic views of the city, Laguna de Bay, mountain ranges and features spacious, open parks that will make you feel like you’re living in a resort. It is 240 meters above sea level at its highest point and offers a cooler climate and is in a flood-free zone.

The project offers three designer homes by three of the top and most sought-after architects in the Philippines namely Eduardo Calma, Kenneth Cobonpue, and BUDJI+ROYAL Architecture+Design. Starting at PhP 6.8 million packages, these dream homes are to be turned over as fully-furnished units.

Tranche by Budji Layug ( BUDJI+ROYAL Architecture+Design)
BUDJI+ROYAL Architecture+Design is a collaboration between Budji Layug, Principal Designer+Chairman and Royal Pineda, Principal Architect+CEO. It is a Total Design Firm where Master Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture Design and Landscape Design are brought together to provide holistic, extraordinary and inspired solutions that create lasting, positive impact on the natural and built environments around the world.

Known for distinct, responsive design and practical construction using various sustainable, energy-efficient materials and innovative technologies, Budji and Royal create modern interpretations of the local cultural identity, and fuse indigenous materials through artisanal methods.

The concept of the Tranche House is innovative modularity, offering ultimate flexibility in terms of customizing your home to satisfy your current space and financial requirements. The Tranche House is a complete unit that can form part of a larger configuration depending on owner’s preferences. Each unit represents a livable module for a small family.
The investment and expansion development of the home happens organically in tranches. Depending on the owner’s capital on hand, one can request for additional units to be conveniently attached horizontally (right or left, front or back) or vertically (another floor) to make the house larger, wider and better.

Polygonal Succession by Eduardo Calma
Calma’s practice in the Philippines challenges institutional, commercial, and residential programs, and experiments on architectural forms through a rigorous design processes. Three of Calma’s buildings, The Mind Museum, College of Saint Benilde School of Design, and the UP Manila Museum of A History of Ideas, were among the 20 designs nominated for the “Haligi ng Dangal” awards by the National Commission on Culture and the Arts.

Polygonal Succession takes inspiration from cut diamonds, whose different facets or faces give it an unmistakable glow. It is a series of two-bedroom structures with an open living, dining, and kitchen layout. Not like your typical row-house design, this space-saving structure already has a single-car garage that can be converted into a lanai. The structure is made of insulated metal panels to keep the house insulated from heat. Also, with today’s paint coating technology, the house can be painted to repel heat, dirt, and even sound.

Hedera by Kenneth Cobonpue
Kenneth Cobonpue is a multi-awarded furniture designer and manufacturer. He studied Furniture Marketing and Production at the Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg in Reutlingen, Germany, under a private and state scholarship program. He has earned international awards like Japan Good Design Award and American Society of Interior Design Top Pick selection and is known for his creative, organic, and expressive pieces. Cobonpue showcases his new work each year in design shows in places such as Milan and New York.

With his masterful way of integrating nature, traditional craft and innovative technologies, designer and creative director Kenneth Cobonpue has earned international awards and recognition for his creative, organic, and expressive pieces.

Designed by Kenneth Cobonpue, Hedera reminds us that nature is an essential part of us, as much as we are a part of it. The two-bedroom duplex was born out of Kenneth Cobonpue’s desire to create something beautiful and meaningful to the dweller. The open, minimalist spaces of the interiors foster serenity and leisure, while the exterior foliage cools the building and purifies the air. Serving as the organic architect, nature actively participates in the design process as the evergreen shrouds the walls, turning the artificial structure into a soft and lush sight to behold.

These luxury home offerings are part of Revolution Hills at Amiya Raya, a collection of premium, designer dream homes, offered by Community Creators, Inc. in strategic partnership with Revolution Precrafted, a property-tech company founded by CEO Robbie Antonio.
