Last weekend, together with some friends, I had a wonderful time setting my foot for the first time on this soon-to-be prime destination in this side of Cavite, the Vermosa. A property being developed by Ayala Land, which is dubbed as the next “Ayala Alabang” due to its luxurious cuts of land and amenities that are sure to give its residents a premier living, Vermosa held its 2-day Holiday Escape where it housed more than a hundred merchants including booths that showcase the most exciting development that will happen around the area and some of the famous celebrity entrepreneurs who added glitz and glam to the whole event.
I was so excited to see and shop for some wonderful Christmas gifts and decors, good thing that there was a great number of stalls that sell unique items that are perfect as Christmas gifts to family and friends. For one, there’s the Santa Shop of celebrity entrepreneur Christine ‘Tintin’ Bersola-Babao that sells affordable Santa decors for homes; then there’s also the linen and adobo shop of singer-comedienne Marissa Sanchez who happily smile for the camera as she entertains her buyers; Pinoy Big Brother Season 1 winner, Nene Tamayo’s healthy and luscious Spanish-style bangus was also featured at the bazaar, which was a crowd favorite that time; the award-winning performer Vina Morales booth sells children’s clothes and shoes; TV host actress Gladys Reyes booth sells skincare products; and International TV host-actress Donita Rose, who I never thought is into food preparation too, was also there to sell sandwiches and deli products.

Aside from group of friends, families were also visible at the fair that really added so much warmth and joy around the place. Seeing them shop, eat and play different activities that are created to be enjoyed by all guests, it was indeed a pre-Christmas treat for everyone. And since Vermosa is being designed to have that balanced active lifestyle, there were Go Green booths too that offer fresh and organic products from local the farms and markets, as well as Go Active booths that sell sporting gears and apparels.

We were lucky to chance upon Donita Rose, Marissa Sanchez and Noel Cabanagon that day, and luckier to spend some time chatting with them and knowing how they are going to spend their Christmas and what do they think of this newest creation of Ayala Land, Inc.

Vermosa is a sprawling 700 hectare estate, located along well-built Daang Hari in Cavite, master planned to offer fundamental, mixed-use components – from a wide range of horizontal residential options, sports themed retail with healthy dining selections, a central business district, hotel, educational institutions, and entertainment hubs.
Happy Holidays!
