Anya Resort & Residences joins elite Small Luxury Hotels of the World group
Anya Resort & Residences, an up-and-coming luxury property in Tagaytay City, has formally announced its recent inclusion to the Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) group. The membership is touted to guarantee guests the highest level of personalized service and amenities in exclusive, small-scale locations.
Currently, Anya is the only SLH-accredited resort within a leisurely 90-minute drive from Metro Manila. Only three other exclusive resorts are SLH members in the Philippines.
“Bearing the SLH seal testifies to the impeccable service that Anya will soon offer. Our focus is on providing an experience that is truly rejuvenating, peaceful and very personalized,” said Santiago R. Elizalde, Roxaco Land Corporation’s President and CEO.
Small Luxury Hotels of the World is a group of luxury boutique hotels and resorts from around the globe. Of the 1,000 hotel applications received yearly, only five percent meet SLH’s standards and are given membership. There are about 520 SLH-member hotels located in unique and exclusive places around the world.
SLH highlights boutique accommodations they recognize as “champions of small” as the better alternative for travelers who enjoy the finer things in life, which are not necessarily provided by bigger hotel chains.
“Anya’s core values are in harmony with SLH’s aspirations for thoughtful, detail-oriented accommodations. Quality, rather than quantity, is more important to us. This has guided us in all aspects of planning – from the landscape and building architecture, down to the furniture and the acoustics,” Elizalde shared.
Set to open early 2016, Anya covers seven hectares located on the quieter side of the Tagaytay-Calamba Road. The property is developed by Roxaco Land Corporation, which co-created the successful Club Punta Fuego and the Terrazas de Punta Fuego communities.
SLH Club members may begin booking Anya online once the resort formally launches to the tourism market. Meanwhile, Anya unit owners will automatically receive preferred membership status from SLH.
Created with the vision of showcasing the best of Filipino hospitality and service, Anya Resort & Residences is poised to ensure that every nook and cranny is designed for optimal rest and relaxation.
Complementing the master-planned space is the highly personalized service of the Ask-Anya-Assistant. Practically much like having your own butler, this specialized concierge allows you to call ahead and have your room arranged to have the preferred kind of linens and toiletries, items that you want stocked up in your refrigerator, or the latest issue of your favorite newspaper or magazine.
Anya’s dining areas will include ultra-casual pool-side nibbling and romantic formal settings. These will be managed by award-winning and Relais & Chateau-recognized Chef Emmanuel Stroobant. His concepts will highlight the freshest local produce and a truly healthy yet indulgent dining experience.
From the lush landscaping to the minute details of your room, Anya Resort & Residences is a genuine retreat – your home away from home. For more information, visit anya.ph or contact +63 917 888 ANYA (2692).
