Western Union: “Heroes for Better”

Western Union’s campaign, “Heroes for Better” is one such initiative that is showcasing to the world the value that migrants bring to their communities and promoting their advocacy.

The concept behind the project is to provide a platform that celebrates the stories of the likes of Eddie Vega, “The Barefoot Bandito”, known for setting the world record for most marathons run on bare feet as a way to raise awareness and funds to over 300 million children worldwide who don’t have shoes, including those in the Philippines.
