SM Kids’ Fashion Denim with Andrea Brillantes and Gimme5!

It's been a while since I covered something about fashion. I thought I already lost the mojo in covering runways shows, but when I saw these cute little kids walk the runway like they from some cycle of America's Next Top Model, I know that I have to capture every sway and stomp of their feet as they present the latest collection from SM Kids' Fashion Denim.

Last Saturday, I was invited by SM to see and meet their latest endorsers alongside their latest collection that features denim styles for any occasion.

In a real runway show, which was entitled Stand Out, TV drama sweetheart Andrea Brillantes and ABS-CBN's latest teen craze, Gimme5, led the cutest runway show of the season along with younger kids, boys and girls, ageing from 3 to 11 (I think) strut their way up to the runway.

Andrea, who starred on the popular show Annaliza, was the only rose among the thrones namely Joaquin Lucas Reyes, John Immanuel Bernardo, Grae Fernandez, and Brace Henry Arquiza of Gimme5. The four have hit it big as the hippest boy band in the country and are regulars of ABS-CBN's Sunday show, ASAP. 

Together, the stars danced, posed, and had tons of fun in the SM Kids' Fashion Denim collection at the photo shoot. The young stars were all eager to discover the latest from a brand they have known and loved.

Prior to the runways show, which by the way took place at SM Mall of Asia Music Hall, a press conference was held at SMX Convention Center, which gave the media and bloggers a chance to ask some question about these five new faces of SM Kids. 

"SM Kids' Fashion is my favorite and I wear it all the time. I’m always excited to find out what they have at the store," says Andrea. "It's great that they have new denim selections now. It’s very comfortable and I’ll be able to use it every day."

Gimme5 also shared their excitement about the brand’s big denim collection, "We move a lot during practice and performances and SM Kids' Fashion Denim is great for that," the boys shared. "There’s a lot to choose from, not just jeans but shorts and shirts too," they add.

Through Stand Out and by having new refreshing faces to represent the denim collection of SM Kids' Fasion, the brand hopes to inspire their young followers to be more creative in combining and creating their own brilliant outfit style to stand out.
