Are You Ready for the NESTEA Beach 2014?

Made it look like we are all in Boracay, NESTEA team teased media last April 1 as they officially open the refreshing summer activity, which by the way is celebrating its 17th year now, the NESTEA Beach!

Dubbed as the hottest summer event in the country, NESTEA is inviting everyone to the most refreshing Labor Day weekend in Boracay as it is about to share a weekend of Play, Party and Chill. 

Topping the event with the most exciting battle of the champions in Beach Volleyball, NESTEA Beach 2014 will also feature the biggest yacht cruise in the island. And to cap it all off, NESTEA Beach partners with Republiq to bring the two of the hottest DJs in the international music scene! Yes, get ready to shake the powder-like sands of Boracay with Cedric Gervais and Steve Aoki!

From May 1 to May 3,  the 17th NESTEA Beach Volleyball Competition will heat up the LABORacay weekend with the 24 regional volleyball champions from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao to vie for this year’s title. 

LABORacay Weekend will be also filled with summer activities like Paraw sailing, seaside massages and beachfront Frisbee games that will also happen at the same time as the NESTEA Beach Volleyball. Making things even cooler are free NESTEA samples that will be distributed throughout the weekend in the various refresh stations to keep the hot days refreshed.

The freshest parties will be seen in every corner of this paradise as the Labor Day weekend kicks off with the NESTEA Plunge party on May 1, accompanied by entrancing beats from the some of the hottest names in the local party scene like DJ Ron Poe, DJ Nina Saputil, DJ Macoy and DJ Jessica Milner.

That's just for Day 1.

For Day 2, the biggest sunset yacht party in the island will take place and will surely bring the LABORacay crowd to new heights with stopovers at Boracay's famous landmarks. The Zombettes, DJ Callum and Marc Marasigan will accompany the crowd as they make their way to Crystal Cove, Crocodile Island and, finally, Puka Beach for an exclusive island party before cruising back to the main island at sunset to cap off the day. 

On Day 3 and 4, the biggest international acts will make their way to the pristine sands of the island for the weekend finale of NESTEA Beach. Grammy award winning DJ Cedric Gervais and Grammy nominated DJ Steve Aoki will be co-celebrating with the LABORacay crowd the refreshing summer brought to us by the 17th NESTEA Beach.  

NESTEA Beach will also continue its Love the Beach campaign; a long running advocacy to keep the of the beaches of Boracay. A shore clean-up in partnership with Boracay Foundation Inc. will be spearheaded by NESTEA on May 2, where beach-bummers can participate to show their love for Boracay. 

And to really refresh us this summer, NESTEA pitchers will be sold throughout the weekend and for every pitcher sold, Php5 will go to the Boracay Foundation’s Coral Reef Restoration project. NESTEA will match and double this amount in support of this advocacy.
