 You can claim your prize at Bridges PR office, Unit 1405, 14th Floor, Security Bank Centre, Ayala Avenue, Makati City. Please bring valid ID when claiming you prize. If someone will claim in your behalf, please make sure that there's an authorization note from you. You can claim your prizes Mondays to Fridays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

Prizes should be claimed from March 10 to 30, 2014. Prizes not claimed will unfortunately be considered null and void.
