Get Ready for the Nuvali's Invitational Cycling Spectacle!

Since its launch last 2010, Nuvali's Dirt Weekend has been one of the most awaited cycling spectacle in the country that has been gathering cycling enthusiasts all over the country. It is the most thrilling and exciting cycling extravaganza I've witnessed, if you'll ask me, that's' why no wonder, this year, they are making it big! And they'll start it this weekend!


Come this Friday, April 26th, Nuvali, a sprawling Laguna community 46 kilometers suburb of Manila, will be opening their November Dirt Weekend with an invitational cycling spectacle that is set to elevate the cycling events in the country. As Nuvali earns the professional badge for cycling events this season, they are now aiming to define the future of professional cycling competition from no less than Switzerland-based world governing body, Union Cycliste Internacionale (UCI) and the national federation Integrated Cycling Confederation of the Philippines (Philcycling).


On it press conference, which was held at the Skinny Mike's Restaurant and Sports Bar, organizers, including Mr. Aniceto “Jun” Bisnar Jr., Ayala Land VP and NUVALI SVP, this event is set to prove that the thriving community of Nuvali is living up to its commitment to give an eco-community area where business and recreation meet.

On this said weekend event, all participating cyclists are said to be licensed cyclists, or bikers who were able to secure the national federation's license. Since this is going to be watched by different representatives of cycling communities or organization from the different parts of the world, the organizers are making sure that everything is in order and in it utmost standard.


The event will be judged by UCI commissaries Beatrice Lajawa of Malaysia and Oscar Rodriguez of the Philippines. While the expected groups who will join this remarkable event are Bikeworx, Sabak, Potato Corner, Yellow Cab, KTM, John Wilkie, EXO (Executive Off-Road Cycling Association), Cycleline of Mindanao and Prima /Isuzu D-Max.


Some popular cycling personalities to watch out for too in this stimulating competition are Eusebio Quinones, March Aleonar, Frederick Feliciano and Alvin Benosa.

So, for all cycling aficionados and to those who are aiming to make a big name out of cycling, you better watch this show for this might be the turning point of your lives!
