'Twas that season again where all the fashion-loving people in and out of the Metropolis gathered witness the upcoming and sizzling collection for Philippines Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2011.
Summer is my next favorite season of the year, next to Christmas of course, and during that season, sweat is our number one enemy. Thank God, there's AXE to arm men with irresistible fragrances that can go with our every day's fashion statement.
And last night, at SM Mall of Asia, hosted by Mr. Marc Nelson, AXE person to the public the cut that will make a scene this coming Spring/Summer 2011.
Eleven designers co-celebrated the astonishing AXE effect with their magnificent collections for the hottest season of the year. And wowed men and women in the audience are Anthony Nocom, bang Pineda, Frederick Policarpio, Jesson Capuchino, M Baretto, Nico Agustin, Odelon Simpao, Ramon Favila, Ricky Abad, Simon Ariel Vasquez and Ulysses King.
The 11 Designers
So, here are the wonderful creations of the 11 designers who also welcomed AXE to the Philippine Fashion Week.
Anthony Nocom's Collection
Bang Pineda's Collection
Frederick Policarpio's Collection
Jesson Capuchino's Collection
M Baretto's Collection
Nico Agustin's Collection
Odelon Simpao's Collection
Ramon Favila's Collection
Ricky Abad's Collection
Simon Ariel Vasquez's Collection
Ulysses King's Collection
And here are my personal favorites from the entire show.
These two outfits from Frederick Policarpio's collection.
I love the tone of the blue, so nautical. The shorts are just so lovely and the pairing tops were simply fantastic. The bags were also cute and really great for summer.
Minimalism is the love here.
And the next pieces that I liked were from Ramon Favila's collection.
May it be winter, summer, spring or fall, I think I'll just love these two pieces. They look really great! And I love the colors and details on each piece. :-)
Thanks, Axe!
