Sweet Suite Stay at Hotel Jen Manila

On a crazy weekend surrounded by kids who appreciate local artistry and talent, I found myself enjoying the comfort of my Bayview Executive Suite at the sixth level of Hotel Jen Manila along Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City.

The Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) was celebrating Pasinaya Festival that weekend, and since the local government decided to close CCP Complex to give way to this weekend-long festivities of local talents and colorful performances, imagine the traffic along Roxas Boulevard and its surrounding areas. Don't get me wrong, I was kinda hoping for this to happen because since this is my first time here at Hotel Jen Manila, I want to see a busy yet beautiful Manila from the hotel's stunning windows.

Hotel Jen Manila was gifted with such an amazing view despite being in the metropolis. Located at the boundary of Manila and Pasay Cities, Hotel Jen Manila enjoys the benefit of having a stunning view of the CCP Complex, the Roxas Boulevard and the Manila Bay. So imagine my day and night mostly spent looking through the windows of the hotel - yeah, every lookout at the window is a view to behold.

Aside from the amazing locality that Hotel Jen Manila offers, their service as well as their rooms were equally lovely. I checked-in with no hassle. I was immediately assisted to my sixth-floor suite and upon opening the door, my room swept me off my feet.

Making some pa-cute. LOL

The Living Room

The Bedroom

Hotel Jen Manila's Executive Suites spans at a huge size of 72 square meters. It has a separate living area, bedroom and walk-in closet. It's smart en-suite bathroom comes with bathtub as well offering a luxurious stay all throughout. And as for the bed, we had one super-comfy king-size bed - as in super comfortable I fell in love with it so much!

I'm in love! Do not disturb! Hahaha!

Me Time!

Part of my plan on my first day here was to enjoy the perks included in my suite stay, which is an access to the Club Lounge, which they call Windows by the Bay.

Cheers to lovely weekend like this!

After checking in and exploring our Bayview Suite, my nieces, who accompanied me on this stay, and I decided to see the pool area and Windows by the Bay, to have some light snacks. We would love to dip in the waters of the pool, but since the weather is pretty cold, we just went back in our room after having snacks and just enjoy our lovely bed. Haha! I could stay here all day, seriously.

By 6 in the evening, we decided to go back to the Windows by the Bay to check out again the night scene along Roxas Boulevard and enjoy some more free food and drinks. The spread that night was actually enough for dinner, but since we were scheduled to try the hotel's dinner buffet at its main restaurant, the Latitude, we calmly controlled ourselves in eating a lot and just spent the rest of our time adoring the beauty of Manila at night before dinner.

A little past 7, we decided to finally head down to the ground floor where the Latitude is located.

The Latitude

Latitude's buffet spread is not as overwhelming as other hotels in the area, but everything is just enough to fill us really, really good. They have a steak station, a good spread of dishes that offers Japanese, Chinese and Filipino cuisines. Then, there's also a fresh seafood section where you can ask the staff to cook your chosen seafood ingredients in butter and garlic, steamed or grilled. A healthy spread was also made available for those who prefer light dinner, and a dessert spread, where our sweet tooth rejoiced.

The following day, we woke a little early to have our free breakfast, again at the Latitude, but instead of staying longer, we went back immediately to our room and just lay down. But after some few more minutes, my 6-year-old niece got so curious already about all the festivities at the grounds of CCP, so when we checked out at 12 noon, we left our luggage at the lobby to visit Cultural Center of the Philippines.

Babe Time with Elaisha Monique!

Watching TV while checking what food to eat later

Got some few quite moments finishing some blogs too

I'm just so happy how accommodating Hotel Jen Manila for this kind of requests. Actually, almost all of the things that we requested that day came so easy-peasy that I find my stay sooooo relaxing and worth experiencing all over again. Plus, there's a lot to explore around the area that kinda made me hope that we are staying in this beautiful longer.

Thank you, Hotel Jen Manila. Until next time of sweet, lovely and comforting weekend!
