Northpine Land, Inc.: Sharing the Best of Pampanga

Lately, I don’t really have time to join bloggers’ event – not that I don’t want to, but due to busy work schedule and well, sometimes, other events are boring and lack that oomp factor to inspire me to write. But this one that I attended recently, where I was joined by selected bloggers, I must say, was an eye-opening and refreshing – most especially for someone who’s roots came from Pampanga.

Last weekend, together with some bloggers, the young and cool group of Northpine Land, Inc. (NLI) and Mr. Richard Burgos, the Director for Science and Technology Information Institute of the Department of Science and Technology, tapped us to rediscover some of Pampanga’s surviving treasure and talents that shed a bright and colorful inspiration to all of us.

Our day started a little early to make sure that we’ll be able to cover all of the places we ought to visit. From Manila, getting to Pampanga, is so easy. In less than an hour, we found ourselves in San Fernando Exit of North Luzon Expressway (NLEX). Northpine Land Team first brought us to their recently launched property - Montana Views - which covers an overwhelming 4-hectare project, occupying the City of San Fernando and the Town of Mexico.

“Life shines anew,” is what this latest development promises to its future residents. With the colorful lifestyle that the province of Pampanga holds, Montana Views adds a brighter and wider perspective on life as it offers the best of Pampanga, which are all within reach. With Mt. Arayat as the back draft of this latest project, Montana Views is highlighted by a sunshine-y Modern American Country feel that starting and growing families can enjoy.

Classified into five models units, families have the option to choose from Quincey and Lindsey, which have 3 bedrooms each, to Kendra, Bryn and Aven, which have 2 bedrooms each. Floor spaces range from 60 sq. m. to 130 sq. m., which are just ideal for a well-planned community like this.

We were able to take a sneak peak of each models unit, and I’ve heard that aside from these astonishing designs, the community will also soon have its amenities such as pocket parks, basketball court and a swimming pool. There’s also a plan of having a convenience store within the clubhouse for residents’ convenience.

NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI) is one of the leading and most trusted real estate companies in the Philippines. They are committed to providing premium communities to the middle-income market.
