Last weekend, together with some friends, I had a wonderful time visiting again one of my dream cities in the south, the Lancaster New City. Just a few blocks away from the Suntech i-Park building is the Lancaster New City central Transport Hub, which is now operational and providing a safe and convenient way of transportation from Lancaster to Coastal Mall in Pasay City. “Currently, Lancaster buses have trips in the morning to bring Metro Manila workers to Coastal Mall and also in the afternoon, for those who wish to back and find serenity in this thriving city. Fare is Php35.00, and I must say that it is one of the most convenient ride you’ll ever have from Metro Manila to Cavite,” added Mr. Amor.
Alongside the continuous growth of this new city through infrastructures and businesses, Lancaster is also planting new seeds by adding community school in the city. From St. Edward Integrated School (SEIS), Lancaster New City is now accepting students for their Faith Community School, which caters to pre-school to elementary students whoa residents of Lancaster New City. “We wanna provide a safe and convenient education system to our families, of course, so with the addition of Faith Community School, which is a K-to-12 ready facility here in Lancaster New City, families will be more delightful and feel secure to Live, Learn, Work, Play and Pray here,” shared Mr. Amor. Currently, there are 1900 students enrolled both in SEIS and Faith Community School and Lancaster wishes to have more as more community schools are expected to be built within the city.
Lancaster New City, which is also a green city with its 10,500 and more growing trees and makes use of LED lights on its street lights, is also sharing the blessing of life and nature to its residents as last week it hosts its first gift-giving activity dubbed as Santa’s Little Surprises.
Santa’s Little Surprises showcased the love, peace and happiness of Pro-Friends as it brought Santa’s elves to the New City to give away gifts to celebrate the true essence of Christmas. Together with a recorded Christmas song, Santa’s elves come out from the Santa’s Workshop arcades and do a wonderful Christmas performance to delight the invited homeowners.
Right after the Christmas number, children were asked to line up at the arcades where they will receive special gifts from the elves and Pro-Friends Family. These treats were specially picked and chosen by Santa’s elves for the children to truly appreciate the meaning of sharing love, peace, and happiness.
The special gift giving with Santa’s elves and the homeowners of Lancaster New City is just one of the many ways Pro-Friends to deliver true happiness and care to the residents of its properties. “We are very excited about this cause for our homeowners because we were given time to have fun and mingle with our homeowners who are very supportive of our cause here in the city and for our nature,” concluded Mr. Amor.
