The NUVALI’s Summerscape
Splashing colors, sweet music and relaxing breeze that spell nothing but a summer to remember - that's what I, and a hundred of spectators, had experienced last April 26 and 27 at the NUVALI, Laguna as it presents Summerscape.
Living young, almost wild and certainly free, NUVALI, the thriving and evoliving community in the south once again proved that there's more to enjoy in a self-sustaining eco-friendly community surrounded by lush greenery.
A weekend full of surprises, NUVALI just opened their latest social hub – Camp N and Rain Garden. A spot that will challenge but will definitely give a better meaning to outdoor activities, Camp N offers to families, friends, and even kids, the thrills and delights associated with outdoor camping like learning to roast marshmallows for the first time, listening to storytelling sessions, building a campfire, and spending momentous family bonding.
The Rain Garden, on the other hand, offers a spacious open park with a manmade rainwater catchment basin that occupies 3.2 hectares of NUVALI’s total land area and plays a vital role in the whole ecosystem of NUVALI.
We had a chance to see and experience these two new spot and, boy, if you are looking for fun and recreational destination, NUVALI is the place indeed.
Aside from opening new activity areas, NUVALI hosted Air Adventure, Escape to Wellness, Kids on Bikes, Masters Cross Country Cup, SILAKBO Bike Marathon, Fun Run, Tree Planting the most awaited Summerscape Concert.
Featuring summer-perfect talents of Barbie Almalbis, Jay R and Yeng Constantino, Summescape Concert added some relaxing vibe with matching bright starry sky of Nuvali last April 26. Each artist performed 3 songs each, duets and a grand finale song that were enjoyed by hundreds of spectators.
Less than an hour away from crowded Manila, NUVALI is the definitive summer retreat whose sense of foresight has made possible of the promise of environmental, economic and social sustainability.
