McHappy Day is an annual celebration of McDonald. It aims to reach out to their supporters and fellow countrymen to uplift their living and lifestyle. And this, year, as the whole country celebrate this McFun Day, McDonald came up with McHappy Day Fun Run.

One of the leading food chains in the world, Mc Donald, just joined the bandwagon in promoting running as a healthy leisure that everyone should get into. And with the goal of helping their beneficiaries, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), the charity of choice of McDonald’s and its banner program, Bright Minds Read (BMR), McDonald is aiming to raise P1 million to provide reading toolkits to Grade 1 pupils in different public schools all over the country.

HMR Auction: Recycling Your Assets

A few months ago, I got so curious about online auction because there’s this group of bloggers that got so hooked on it that they even got a chance to win some cool gadgets that a lot got so envy. Hehehe.

And recently, I heard about this HMR Auction that specialise in offering a faster solution for unwanted asset disposals. This is offered to clients by consigning their unwanted assets to any one of their auction houses.

The commission fee covers the marketing support and auctioning services. They have an existing database of over 5000 bidders whom they contact via SMS, telemarketing and email blasts. Through all their efforts, they guarantee their clients the maximum value for their unwanted assets.

The Future of Green Living is NUVALI

I was invited to a tripping to this new village (or so I thought it was) at Laguna. Located between the cities of Calamba and Sta. Rosa, lies the future Makati of the country – NUVALI.

I thought being green in our country nowadays only applies to apparels, home stuff and food, I never thought that being green now applies to homes, too! FINALLY!

NGC presents The Great Migrations

When I was a kid, I wondered why some people have to move to other countries. Now that I’m old, I think I somehow knew why we have to move, and move, and move.

As Alec Baldwin says “Life on Earth is hard.”

In this new show of National Graphic Channel entitled The Great Migrations which will be airing this Sunday, the show will tackle not only the importance of migration.

I got a glimpse of the first episode, and I’d say that I got so into it that I would love to stay tune on NGC every Sunday to catch every story about these animals’ migrations.

Samsung Galaxy 5: The Android for Non-techie

If there’s another thing that I would love to include in my wish list this coming holiday season, that’ll be a new mobile phone.

Not that I don’t like My Echo – the name of my mobile phone, a Samsung Corby S3653, which was given to me by “my” Jericho Rosales – admittedly, I’m not a techie person, so I don’t care that much about these certain applications of mobile phones now, but with that with Wi-Fi and all in most of the mobile phones now in the market, I think I can do more blogging and stuff with a higher unit model, right?

Honestly, I’m not a big fan of Samsung phone before, but when I received this amazing Samsung Corby, which is a touch screen, I learn to like and then loved Samsung. I find their phone so handy compared to the one I had before. Plus the color and the sound are really astonishing! I never knew that there’s a brighter and more affordable life than that of the brand thta I used to love.

Touched by Mary Kay

If there’s one part in my body that I really care about, that will be my hands. Since I was child I always get good compliments about my hands. A lot of them says that my hands are really soft that simply state that I’m not doing any household chores, but I can prove them wrong. I think the reason why I have good hands is because I never let them get ugly. Lotion is a big help for keeping my hands soft as ever.

And now, as I have a chance to try one of the most expensive hand and body lotion in the market, no wonder a lot of women, despite of it price, prefer having the Mary Kay skin care collection.

We all had our skin damaged during the summer. Some may not know or notice it and some are in denial about it, but the things is, there’s a help along the way that will come and rescue our damaged skin and will keep it firm, toned and defined – Timewise as they say.

OC at the PICC Concert

Ogie Alcasid and Maestro Ryan Caybyab proved one again that they are our country's musical treasures with their wonderful performance at the recently concluded OC at the PICC Concert.

It was a wonderful night listening to the great OPM songs that are beautifully and amazingly arranged by these two awesome composers.

I really love the Aegis and the George Canseco medleys that they performed. THAT WAS BRILLIANT!
