As the country embraces the coming brighter future, Samsung and Folded & Hung, with the cooperation of their leading endorser Sam Milby, donated last day a cheque worth Php500,000 to Samsung Hope World Vision in their support to help Filipino youth to speak-up, voice-out their opinions and bring the unprivileged back to schools.
Held at the Oakwood Premier Joy-Nostalg Centre, Lia Cruz hosted this simple event of turning over the donation which was gathered through the help of Folded & Hung’s hoodies that were sold all over the Metro.
These hoodies which have prints of shout-outs from the students who won in the Samsung I Imagine Shout-out Making Contest were sold out on all Folded and Hung boutiques and proceeds from the sales of these I Imagine hoodies which amounted to Php500,000 were donated for the causes of Samsung Hope and Wold Vision, one of the largest relief and development organizations in the world.
These shout-out hoodies has three designs.
First shout-out, for TALK, which was made by University of Santo Tomas student Isabella Martinez – “I Imagine and I will make it happen.”
The second one, for PLAY, which was made by another Univeristy of Santo Tomas student Gillermo II Francisco – “I Imagine our generation united in one beat.”
And lastly, for LOVE, which was made by Jacinth Dayupay of Rizal Technology University – “I Imagine total peace in 3, 2, 1.”
Sam Milby graced the event as he is the “linking bridge” between the two companies to achieve this wonderful goal.
Congratulation to Samsung and Folded & Hung for achieving this very heart-warming goal, and thank you for helping the country to have a brighter future!
Shout-out hoodies are still available in all Folded & Hung stores in the metro!
See you there!
